1. Introduction

This AMC Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the maintenance and support services provided by AKASH IT HUB to clients who purchase a website, software, mobile application, or any digital service from us. This agreement ensures the smooth functioning, error fixing, and performance optimization of delivered products.

2. Scope of AMC Services

• ✅ Bug Fixes (as per the project scope)
• ✅ Server Support (Configuration, Hosting Issues)
• ✅ Backup Assistance (Manual/Automated)
• ✅ Database Monitoring & Maintenance
• ✅ Script Updates (Within Scope)
• ✅ Security Patches and Fixes
• ✅ Website Speed and Performance Optimization
• ✅ Minor UI/UX Adjustments
• ✅ Uptime Monitoring (where applicable)

3. Exclusions

• ❌ Major Functional Enhancements
• ❌ Platform Migration (e.g., PHP to Python)
• ❌ New Module/Feature Development
• ❌ SEO & Digital Marketing Services
• ❌ 3rd-Party Plugin Licenses or Renewals
• ❌ Content Upload or Modification (unless CMS access is granted)

Note: Any excluded services will be billed separately.

4. AMC Charges & Validity

• First Year AMC: FREE (limited to error handling and uptime support only)
• From 2nd Year Onward: 10% of the total project cost per year
• AMC is renewable yearly and must be paid in advance.

6. Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Critical Bugs: 24–48 hours
• Minor Issues: 3–5 working days
• Feature Requests: Subject to scope review

7. Termination of AMC

AKASH IT HUB reserves the right to cancel the AMC in case of:

• Misuse or unauthorized access/modification of code
• Delay in payment or non-compliance with terms
• Client shifting to a third-party service provider

8. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to update this AMC policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes through email or our official website.
