At AKASH IT HUB, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which you may cancel an order and request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
a) For Physical Products

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email at info@akashithub.in.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If already shipped, you may request a return (as per our Return Policy) after receiving the product.
b) For Digital Products

Orders for digital items (software, activation keys, downloads, etc.) cannot be cancelled once the delivery process has started or the license/key has been issued.

Please verify the product and compatibility details carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product.

Your physical product is eligible for return and approved for a refund after inspection.

A digital product was not delivered due to technical failure from our side, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect order placement (especially for digital goods)
Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
3. Refund Process

Once your return (for physical goods) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment method again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
