1. Return Eligibility
a) Physical Products
You may request a return or replacement if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided
Note: Products that are damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
b) Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (such as software licenses or downloadable content), returns or refunds are not accepted once the product is delivered or activated.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Downloaded software, license keys, or activated digital content

Products purchased during promotional sales marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process (for Physical Products)
To initiate a return:

Provide order details and photos of the damaged/incorrect product

Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or replacement
4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase
5. Replacement Policy
If your product is eligible for replacement due to damage or defect:

We will send a replacement at no extra cost

If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders for physical products can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the license or download link has been issued.
